POLICIES:
We will obviously do our best to ensure that no cause for complaint arises. However in the event that anyone needs to raise an issue please do so as follows:-

In respect of match results: Any complaint must be raised immediately after play or the Presentation preferably – but certainly within 24 hrs of the event. If no complaints are made within this time the results shall stand.

If any player feels there has been an error we encourage them to come to talk to us privately themselves if there is no Organiser or adult with them Or, alternatively, their “appropriate adult” shall make such complaint on their individual or team's behalf.

If relevant, players will be requested to remain after a Presentation whilst a check is carried out and if possible any error will be rectified at that time.

If it is not possible to check and rectify at that time then a check will be carried out within 24 hrs thereafter and the outcome notified to all participating clubs and players immediately upon conclusion of same. Such decision shall be final.

No abuse of any kind whatsoever will be tolerated. We operate a zero tolerance policy therefore any complaints must be made to us in a “quiet and respectful” manner. We will do our utmost to ensure no errors occur but for any that do so we will resolve them in the best way we possibly can.

If any team member – junior or adult – behaves improperly, especially by such as directing abuse or unfounded accusations and allegations, then the whole team could be disqualified from that event.

Where a complaint is of a more personal nature eg. Against another player then we will discuss this with you privately and will then take whatever action is necessary going forward.

At all times a Junior may have an adult with them when discussing complaints with us.
